How much is postage?
Postage is FREE!
Mini prints are sent within 2 working days. Free option is 48 hour Royal Mail Tracked delivery or you can upgrade to Express which is the 24 hour Royal Mail Tracked option.
All other unframed prints are sent within 1-3 working days and framed prints 3-5 working days.
If you order mini prints and larger prints they will arrive separately.
Do you do custom prints?
I will happily fulfil custom prints depending on availability! For a custom "did I mention" mini print I now have a listing - 'Did I Mention...?' Custom Mini Art Print – Natalie Cass Art or for other custom prints please reach out for rates. Typically, rates will be my hourly fee plus the price of the print.
What sizes are available?
Mini Prints - 4 x 4" (unframed). 125 mm x 125 mm x 35 mm (framed)
Paper size: A5 (148 x 210 mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches).
Paper size: 8 x 10 inches.
Paper size: A4 (210 x 297mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches).
Paper size: 12 x 16 inches.
Paper size: A3 (297 x 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches).
Paper size: 16 x 20 inches.
Paper size: A2 (420 x 594mm / 16.5 x 23.4 inches).
Paper size: 50 x 70 cm
Paper size: A1 (594 x 841mm / 23.4 x 33.1 inches).
The sizes include a thin white border for easy framing. Framed options are also available for each size.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns as every print is made to order, we don't hold any stock to minimise waste. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we can assist you.
How are the prints packaged?
Each print is individually packed and printed to order.
Mini Prints are individually boxed and packaged.
A5 and A4 prints are packaged in a cellophane bag with a piece of cardboard back and hard backed envelope to ensure the print arrives in immaculate condition.
A3, A2 and A1 prints are sent rolled in a tube.
Framed prints will be sent in a parcel with frame protectors to ensure they arrive in immaculate condition.
